His depth experiences and skills are in trademark processcution, availability and registrability searches, clearance, due diligence, licensing, counseling and issuing opinions on pre-filing and post registration proceedings including the renewal and management of trademark portfolios. His extensive experiences is in rendering reliable and cutting-edge opinions for her trademark search and research reports. Mr. Manh also involves his expertise in filing and processing of the application for registration of incorporation.
Before joining with NTT as a trademark attorney, Mr. Manh has more than 15 years as an excellent examiner for Business Registration Division of Ha Noi Department of Planning and Investment. With more than 15 year experience in examining the application for registration of incorporation, he handle thousands applications in the all arts and are well versed in the enormous complex litigation cases.
EDUCATION
Mr. Manh earned his Bachelor from National Economics University in 2002 and he also obtained the Bachelor of Law in 2008 from Hanoi Law University.
