Nguyen Thi Hong Minh concentrates her practice on the filing and processing of trademark applications. Her experience includes trademark clearance, due diligence, opinions, licensing, counseling and registration. Mrs. Minh has also litigated responses, appeals, oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board. She is especially skilled at working with trademark litigation and dispute settlement by pursuing effective alternatives, such as co-existence agreement, licensing, mediation and arbitration. In addition to these areas, Mrs. Minh manages client portfolio filing and due renewal issues.
Before joining with NTT as a Head of NTT’s Overseas Trademark Department, Mrs. Minh is a IP team leader at large International Corporation for 6 years, where she delivered the counseling and filing of trademarks.
EDUCATION
Mrs. Minh earned her Bachelor of English Languages from Hanoi University in 2007 and she obtained the Bachelor of Law in 2015 from Hanoi Law University.
