Nguyen Thanh Trung, as a founder of the firm, is expert on all aspects of Intellectual Property laws in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Mr. Trung, with more than 10 years of extensive experience, is known in the IP community as one of the top attorneys in patent/trademark litigation, client counseling, and due diligence. He is especially skilled in the drafting, prosecution and litigation and negotiation of a wide range of patents/trademarks and represents numerous large companies.

Before founding NTT, Mr. Trung had worked for several years in a number of challenging but rewarding positions for high-ranked firms such as Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants, ACTIP IP Limited, ACTIP Patent Limited.

EDUCATION

Mr. Trung earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2004. His studies in business and commerce were rewarded with a degree in Business Administration from Foreign Trade University in 2010. Besides, Mr. Trung obtained his Bachelor of Law in 2016 from Hanoi Law University and Completion of English Language Teaching from Hanoi University of Technology and Crane House in 2011.
